### sec.28U Acceptance and refusal of offer On receipt of the trustee’s offer, the eligible person may accept or refuse the offer by notice given to the trustee. However, if the eligible person does not give notice to the trustee within 45 days after the eligible person receives the offer, the eligible person is taken to have refused the offer. If the eligible person refuses the offer, the trustee must give notice about the refusal to the chief executive. s 28U ins 2014 No. 45 s 35 (sec.28U-ssec.1) On receipt of the trustee’s offer, the eligible person may accept or refuse the offer by notice given to the trustee.
