### sec.28K Local government to follow process in guideline This section applies if a local government receives a notice under section 28J (2) (b) in relation to a freehold instrument. The local government must follow the process stated in the guideline made by the Minister under section 28H . After the process is completed, the local government must give the freehold instrument to the Minister for approval. s 28K ins 2014 No. 45 s 35 (sec.28K-ssec.1) This section applies if a local government receives a notice under section 28J (2) (b) in relation to a freehold instrument. (sec.28K-ssec.2) The local government must follow the process stated in the guideline made by the Minister under section 28H . (sec.28K-ssec.3) After the process is completed, the local government must give the freehold instrument to the Minister for approval.
