### sec.21 Watercourses and lakes Available State land includes a watercourse or lake only to the extent the watercourse or lake is— within the external boundaries of land that is otherwise available State land; and capable of being owned in fee simple by a person other than the State. s 21 amd 2010 No. 12 s 234 ; 2011 No. 26 s 189 sch - (a) within the external boundaries of land that is otherwise available State land; and - (b) capable of being owned in fee simple by a person other than the State.
