### sec.206 Provision for existing leases This section applies to a lease under the pre-amended Act in effect immediately before the commencement. A standard lease under the pre-amended Act is taken to be a part 8 lease for the same term for which the standard lease was granted. A townsite lease under the pre-amended Act is taken to be a townsite lease.
