### sec.204 References to previous provisions after renumbering A reference in another Act, a regulation or document to a particular previous provision of this Act may, if the context permits, be taken as a reference to any provision of the renumbered Act, all or part of which corresponds, or substantially corresponds, to the previous provision. In this section— renumbered Act means this Act as renumbered under section 142, as inserted by the Aboriginal Land and Torres Strait Islander Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2011 , section 188. s 204 ins 2011 No. 26 s 187 amd 2019 No. 7 s 313 sch 1 (sec.204-ssec.1) A reference in another Act, a regulation or document to a particular previous provision of this Act may, if the context permits, be taken as a reference to any provision of the renumbered Act, all or part of which corresponds, or substantially corresponds, to the previous provision.
