### sec.191 Amendment of description of land
If, at any time after a deed of grant under this Act takes effect, greater certainty, by survey or otherwise, is obtained as to the boundaries of the land, the trustee must, on receipt of a notice to do so by the chief executive, surrender to the State the deed to the land within such reasonable period as is specified in the notice.
On surrender of the trustee’s deed, a new deed of grant delineating the amended boundaries is to be issued to the trustee.
The new deed of grant is to be issued on the same ground (if any) as the surrendered deed of grant.
The registrar must endorse on the new deed of grant, in the proper order or priority, the instruments under which existing relevant interests arose.
