### sec.181 Power of Supreme Court to charge costs on trust property The Supreme Court may order the cost and expenses of, and incidental to, an application for an order or direction under this part— to be paid or raised out of the trust property (other than Torres Strait Islander land) as the court considers appropriate; or to be borne and paid in the way and by the persons as the court considers just. s 181 amd 1993 No. 85 s 171A (amd 1994 No. 61 s 2 sch 2 ); 2003 No. 77 s 127 ; 2008 No. 29 s 73 sch sub 2011 No. 26 s 175 - (a) to be paid or raised out of the trust property (other than Torres Strait Islander land) as the court considers appropriate; or - (b) to be borne and paid in the way and by the persons as the court considers just.
