### sec.177 Right of land trust or member to apply to court for directions
A land trust or member of a land trust may apply to the Supreme Court for directions in relation to—
the trust property of the land trust or its management or administration; or
the exercise of a power of the land trust or a member of the land trust.
The application must be served on, and the hearing of the application may be attended by—
all persons interested in the application; or
the persons interested in the application, or their representatives, that the court considers appropriate.

(sec.177-ssec.1) A land trust or member of a land trust may apply to the Supreme Court for directions in relation to— the trust property of the land trust or its management or administration; or the exercise of a power of the land trust or a member of the land trust.
