### sec.174 Jurisdiction of Supreme Court Subject to subsection (2) , the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court under the Trusts Act 1973 includes matters arising under this Act. The powers of the Supreme Court under the Trusts Act 1973 are to be exercised— if provision is made in this part for a matter—in accordance with this part; or otherwise—in a way that is consistent with, and best achieves, the purposes of this Act. s 174 sub 2011 No. 26 s 175 (sec.174-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court under the Trusts Act 1973 includes matters arising under this Act. (sec.174-ssec.2) The powers of the Supreme Court under the Trusts Act 1973 are to be exercised— if provision is made in this part for a matter—in accordance with this part; or otherwise—in a way that is consistent with, and best achieves, the purposes of this Act. - (a) if provision is made in this part for a matter—in accordance with this part; or - (b) otherwise—in a way that is consistent with, and best achieves, the purposes of this Act.
