### sec.171 Chief executive may prepare model rules The chief executive may prepare model rules for land trusts. In adopting changes to its rules, or adopting new rules, a land trust must have regard to the model rules prepared under subsection (1) . If the chief executive prepares model rules under subsection (1) , the chief executive must give a copy of the model rules to each land trust. s 171 sub 2011 No. 26 s 175 (sec.171-ssec.1) The chief executive may prepare model rules for land trusts.
