### sec.167 Definitions for div 5 In this division— account , of a land trust, means— an account, with a financial institution, in the land trust’s name or in which the land trust has an interest; or another account to which trust money is deposited. holder , of a land trust’s account, means the land trust or other person authorised to operate the account. trust money means any amount that is trust property. s 167 sub 2011 No. 26 s 175 - (a) an account, with a financial institution, in the land trust’s name or in which the land trust has an interest; or - (b) another account to which trust money is deposited.
