### sec.156A Land trust may appoint member
A land trust may, by resolution, appoint a person to be a member of the land trust.
A land trust must not appoint a person under subsection (1) —
without the person’s consent; or
if the person has been removed as a member of any land trust by the Minister under this division.
A person appointed as a member of a land trust under this section becomes a member on—
the day the resolution appointing the person as a member is made; or
a later day stated in the resolution.
A land trust must record its decision to appoint a person as a member of the land trust in the minutes of the meeting at which the person was appointed.

(sec.156A-ssec.1) A land trust may, by resolution, appoint a person to be a member of the land trust.
(sec.156A-ssec.2) A land trust must not appoint a person under subsection (1) — without the person’s consent; or if the person has been removed as a member of any land trust by the Minister under this division.
