### sec.112 Beneficiary to home ownership lease
A person who is beneficially entitled under a will to a home ownership lease may ask the lessor—
to give the person a notice stating whether or not the person is entitled to a grant of the lease under this Act; and
if, under a condition of the lease, the lease can not be transferred without the lessor’s written consent—for the lessor’s written consent to the transfer of the lease.
Under section 87 , a home ownership lease may include a condition that it must not be transferred without the lessor’s prior written consent.
The lessor must comply with a request under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after receiving the request.
