### sec.109 Amount owing to lessor or mortgagee
If the lessor forfeits or decides not to renew a home ownership lease, the lessor may deduct the following amounts from the maximum amount—
an amount in payment of all costs properly incurred by the lessor in forfeiting or not renewing the lease;
an amount in payment of expenses incurred by the lessor to rectify damage caused to the lease land by the person who was the lessee;
any amount owing to the lessor by the person under the lease;
any amount owing to a mortgagee of the lease by the person under a mortgage of the lease.

- (a) an amount in payment of all costs properly incurred by the lessor in forfeiting or not renewing the lease;

- (d) any amount owing to a mortgagee of the lease by the person under a mortgage of the lease.
