### sec.61 Delegation by chief executive officer The chief executive officer may delegate a function of the officer to— an appropriately qualified employee of TAFE Queensland; or an appropriately qualified person performing work under a mobility arrangement. s 61 amd 2022 No. 34 s 361 - (a) an appropriately qualified employee of TAFE Queensland; or - (b) an appropriately qualified person performing work under a mobility arrangement.
