### sec.56 Things done under this part
A thing may be done under this part despite any other law or instrument.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that a thing is taken to be done under this part if it is done by, or in compliance with, a transfer regulation or transfer direction, even if the thing includes taking steps under another Act.
