### sec.54 References in documents after dissolution This section applies if a regulation is made under section 53 to dissolve a statutory TAFE institute. A reference in a document to the institute is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to— one or more relevant TAFE entities prescribed under a regulation; or if no entity is prescribed—the relevant TAFE entity to which the institute’s assets and liabilities were transferred before its dissolution.
