### sec.52 Registering authority to register or record transfer or other dealing
A registering authority must, on written application by a relevant TAFE entity, register or record in the appropriate way a transfer of, or other dealing affecting, an asset, liability or instrument provided for under a transfer regulation.
The relevant TAFE entity must comply with any relevant procedures required by the registering authority for the purpose of registering or recording the transfer or other dealing.
The registering authority may require the relevant TAFE entity to complete and submit a particular form.
In this section—
registering authority means the registrar of titles or another entity required or authorised by law to register or record transactions affecting assets, liabilities or instruments.
(sec.52-ssec.1) A registering authority must, on written application by a relevant TAFE entity, register or record in the appropriate way a transfer of, or other dealing affecting, an asset, liability or instrument provided for under a transfer regulation.
(sec.52-ssec.2) The relevant TAFE entity must comply with any relevant procedures required by the registering authority for the purpose of registering or recording the transfer or other dealing. The registering authority may require the relevant TAFE entity to complete and submit a particular form.
