### sec.45 Relationship with FA Act plan
The requirements stated in this division apply in addition to the requirements for the operational plan under the FA Act .
If there is an inconsistency between a requirement under this division and a requirement under the FA Act , a requirement under this division prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
