### sec.39 Preparation of draft plan
TAFE Queensland must give the Minister, for the Minister’s agreement, a draft operational plan for each financial year.
The draft must be given at least 2 months before the start of the financial year.
It is Parliament’s expectation that TAFE Queensland and the Minister should reach agreement about the draft plan at least 1 month before the start of the financial year.
(sec.39-ssec.1) TAFE Queensland must give the Minister, for the Minister’s agreement, a draft operational plan for each financial year.
