### sec.33 Preservation of rights of TAFE Queensland employee appointed to public service This section applies to a person who— is appointed as a public service employee; and was, immediately before taking up the appointment, an employee of TAFE Queensland. The person’s service as an employee of TAFE Queensland must be regarded as service as a public service employee. (sec.33-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— is appointed as a public service employee; and was, immediately before taking up the appointment, an employee of TAFE Queensland. (sec.33-ssec.2) The person’s service as an employee of TAFE Queensland must be regarded as service as a public service employee. - (a) is appointed as a public service employee; and - (b) was, immediately before taking up the appointment, an employee of TAFE Queensland.
