### sec.27 Appointment of acting chief executive officer The board may, without the Minister’s approval, appoint a person to act as TAFE Queensland’s chief executive officer. Subsection (1) does not affect the application of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 24B or 25 for the appointment.
