### sec.15 Conditions of appointment A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. For matters not provided for by this Act, a member holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.15-ssec.1) A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
