### sec.57 Ministers’ immunity
An Act Minister acting in that capacity or the Minister does not incur civil liability for an act or omission done or omitted to be done honestly and without negligence under this Act.
A liability that would, apart from subsection (1) , attach to an Act Minister or the Minister attaches instead to the State.
This section has effect despite the Corporations Law .
