### sec.42 Application of certain provisions of GOC Act Subsection (2) applies to a person if the person was an employee of TABQ immediately before it ceased to be a company GOC and, at that time, section 173 or 174 of the GOC Act applied to the person. The section continues to apply to the person as if TABQ had not ceased to be a company GOC. For the application mentioned in subsection (2) , TABQ is taken to continue to be a company GOC. (sec.42-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies to a person if the person was an employee of TABQ immediately before it ceased to be a company GOC and, at that time, section 173 or 174 of the GOC Act applied to the person. (sec.42-ssec.2) The section continues to apply to the person as if TABQ had not ceased to be a company GOC. (sec.42-ssec.3) For the application mentioned in subsection (2) , TABQ is taken to continue to be a company GOC.
