### sec.17 Act Ministers not to be treated as directors of TABQ
Despite the enactment of section 16 or the exercise of the Act Ministers’ powers under the section, an Act Minister must not be treated as a director of TABQ or a person who participates in the management of TABQ.
This section has effect despite the Corporations Law .
