### sec.48 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may—
approve a master planned area identified in a master plan for a priority port; and
prescribe matters that must be included in a master plan or port overlay; and
provide for fees payable under this Act and the matters for which they are payable; and
impose a penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation.
(sec.48-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
