### sec.44 Evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
a decision or notice under this Act;
that a stated document, or stated information, is a document or information included in a register kept under this Act;
that a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ;
that on a stated day—
a stated entity was given a stated decision or notice under this Act; or
a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated entity.
- (a) a decision or notice under this Act;
- (b) that a stated document, or stated information, is a document or information included in a register kept under this Act;
- (c) that a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) ;
- (d) that on a stated day— (i) a stated entity was given a stated decision or notice under this Act; or (ii) a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated entity.
