### sec.83 Use of code of practice in disciplinary proceedings
The code of practice is admissible as evidence in disciplinary proceedings brought by the board against a registrant.
However, the code may only be used to provide evidence of appropriate professional conduct or practice for the registrant.
Subsection (2) does not prevent a matter not dealt with in the code being a matter about which disciplinary proceedings may be brought against a registrant.
(sec.83-ssec.1) The code of practice is admissible as evidence in disciplinary proceedings brought by the board against a registrant.
