### sec.30 Minutes
The board must keep—
minutes of its meetings; and
a record of any resolutions made under section 29 (5) .
The board must record in the minutes of an ordinary meeting, the names of the members who attended the meeting.
The board must record a member’s vote in the minutes of a meeting if—
a resolution is passed at the meeting by a majority of the members present; and
the member asks that the vote be recorded.
