### sec.207 Existing application for registration or renewal by corporation This section applies— to an application made by a corporation for registration as a surveyor with a registration endorsement as a consulting surveyor; and if the application was made but not decided before the commencement. For deciding the application, sections 38 and 46 as in force immediately before the commencement continue to apply as if the amendments of those sections under the Natural Resources and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 , part 17 had not commenced. s 207 ins 2010 No. 12 s 228 (sec.207-ssec.1) This section applies— to an application made by a corporation for registration as a surveyor with a registration endorsement as a consulting surveyor; and if the application was made but not decided before the commencement.
