A reference to this Act in any of the following provisions is taken also to have included, from 1 August 2004 until the commencement of this section, a reference to the repealed Act—
section 16;

schedule 3, definition professional conduct ;

The reference to the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 in section 85(3) of this Act is taken also to have included, from 1 August 2004 until the commencement of this section, a reference to the repealed Act.
