### sec.190A Particular searches free of charge This section applies to each of the following persons— the board; a member; an employee of the board; an investigator; a person acting under the direction or authority of an investigator. The person may conduct a search of the following without payment of a fee— a register under the Land Act 1994 , section 275 or the Land Title Act 1994 , section 7 ; a valuation roll under the Land Valuation Act 2010 ; a State dataset under the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 . However, the search must be conducted— for the purpose of administering this Act; and in accordance with the practice of the entity that holds the register, valuation roll or State dataset.
