### sec.136 Power to require information or attendance For carrying out an investigation, an investigator may, by written notice given to a person, require the person— to give stated information to the investigator within a stated reasonable time and in a stated reasonable way; or to attend before the investigator at a stated reasonable time and place— to answer questions; or to produce a stated thing. - (a) to give stated information to the investigator within a stated reasonable time and in a stated reasonable way; or - (b) to attend before the investigator at a stated reasonable time and place— (i) to answer questions; or (ii) to produce a stated thing. - (i) to answer questions; or - (ii) to produce a stated thing. - (i) to answer questions; or - (ii) to produce a stated thing.
