### sec.13 Nominations for appointment to board Before an appointment is made to the board under section 12 , the Minister must, by written notice, ask the entities the Minister considers appropriate to nominate a number of individuals who are eligible, under the section, for the appointment. The Governor in Council may, but is not required to, make the appointment from the nominees.
