### sec.124 Board may notify other persons
After QCAT makes a decision about disciplinary proceedings against the registrant, subject to an order made by QCAT, the board may—
publish the registrant’s identity and the nature and outcome of the proceedings, including, for example, on the board’s website or in the board’s annual report or a newsletter; and
if the disciplinary proceedings relate to a complaint—by written notice advise the complainant of QCAT’s decision on the matter.
This section does not affect the board’s power to record in the relevant register details of any disciplinary conditions of a registration.
