### sec.58 Non-application of provisions of Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 The Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , chapters 7 and 16 do not apply to— railway works that are carried out, or are to be carried out, under this Act; or investigations for the expansion or realignment of the Surat Basin rail corridor land that are carried out, or are to be carried out, under this Act; or the Surat Basin rail corridor land; or the railway. - (a) railway works that are carried out, or are to be carried out, under this Act; or - (b) investigations for the expansion or realignment of the Surat Basin rail corridor land that are carried out, or are to be carried out, under this Act; or - (c) the Surat Basin rail corridor land; or - (d) the railway.
