### sec.52 Altering watercourse to adversely affect the railway
A person must not, without a reasonable excuse, alter a watercourse in a way that adversely affects the railway.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
A person must not, without a reasonable excuse, attempt to alter a watercourse in a way that adversely affects the railway.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
