### sec.16 Requirements of works authority and investigation authority
A works authority and investigation authority must be written and state all of the following—
the name of the authorised person for the authority;
the land to which it applies;
the purpose for which it is granted;
when it expires;
for a works authority, the powers mentioned in section 20 that the authorised person may exercise under the authority;
for an investigation authority, the powers mentioned in section 22 that the authorised person may exercise under the authority;
the conditions, if any, imposed on the authority.
- (a) the name of the authorised person for the authority;
- (b) the land to which it applies;
- (c) the purpose for which it is granted;
- (d) when it expires;
- (e) for a works authority, the powers mentioned in section 20 that the authorised person may exercise under the authority;
- (f) for an investigation authority, the powers mentioned in section 22 that the authorised person may exercise under the authority;
- (g) the conditions, if any, imposed on the authority.
