### sec.73 Sheriff of Queensland, deputy sheriffs and bailiffs
The chief executive may appoint a Sheriff of Queensland.
The chief executive may also appoint deputy sheriffs and bailiffs.
A person appointed under this section is employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 .

(sec.73-ssec.1) The chief executive may appoint a Sheriff of Queensland.
(sec.73-ssec.2) The chief executive may also appoint deputy sheriffs and bailiffs.
