### sec.5 Divisions of the court
The court is divided into—
the office of the Chief Justice; and
2 divisions, namely, the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division.
The Chief Justice may sit as, and exercise the powers and perform the functions of, a judge in either division of the court.

(sec.5-ssec.1) The court is divided into— the office of the Chief Justice; and 2 divisions, namely, the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division.
