### sec.45 Composition, jurisdiction and powers of Trial Division
The Trial Division of the court consists of the judges of the court other than the Chief Justice, the President of the Court of Appeal and the other judges of appeal.
The jurisdiction and powers of the court that are not required to be exercised only by the Court of Appeal may be exercised by the court in the Trial Division.
