### sec.42 Decision
The decision of the Court of Appeal is to be in accordance with—
if the judges present at the hearing are equally divided in opinion—the opinion of the judge who, at the start of the hearing, was the most senior judge; or
otherwise—the opinion of the majority of judges present at the hearing.
