### sec.33 Annual report
As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, but within 2 months after the end of the financial year, the President of the Court of Appeal must prepare and give to the Chief Justice a written report about the operation of the Court of Appeal during the year.
The report must be prepared in consultation with the other judges of appeal, other than the judges of appeal who are absent from duty or otherwise unavailable.
