### sec.11 Effect of repeal of Supreme Court Act 1995
The repeal of the Supreme Court Act 1995 (the 1995 Act ) does not affect the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court that may have been derived from the 1995 Act or any of the Act s referred to in the 1995 Act and the Supreme Court retains all the jurisdiction and power that may have been derived from the 1995 Act or any of the Act s referred to in the 1995 Act.
The repeal of the 1995 Act does not affect anything done or suffered under the provisions of the 1995 Act before the repeal.
The repeal of the 1995 Act does not affect the validity or consequences of anything done or suffered, or any right, title, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or any remedy or proceeding in relation to the thing, right, title, obligation or liability.
The repeal of the 1995 Act does not affect any principle or rule of law or equity or revive jurisdiction.
This section does not limit the operation of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20 .
