### sch.1-sec.3 Parties and proceedings
Parties and proceedings, including, for example, the following—
several causes of action and parties in a civil proceeding, including reconstitution of proceedings and representative parties;
multiple civil proceedings;
interpleader orders;
civil proceedings by or against a business or person under a legal incapacity;
third party procedure;
removal and transfer of proceedings.
