### sch.1-sec.17 Probate
For the Supreme Court, probate, including, for example, the following—
applications for grants of probate or letters of administration and the documents required;
resealing grants;
proceedings under the Public Trustee Act 1978 ;
caveats objecting to grants, orders to administer or resealing of grants;
contested proceedings.
