### sec.16 Annual report and accounts The committee shall on or before 30 September in each year subsequent to the year 1977 submit to the chief justice and the Minister a report of its proceedings during the period of 12 months ending on 30 June last preceding. A report submitted pursuant to subsection (1) shall include a statement of the committee’s income and expenditure and a balance sheet in respect of the period to which the report relates.
