### sec.14 Members in comprehensive or basic accumulation category immediately before commencement
An employee who was a member in the comprehensive accumulation category immediately before the commencement is taken to be a member in the accumulation category subject to the comprehensive accumulation arrangement.
An employee who was a member in the basic accumulation category immediately before the commencement is taken to be a member in the accumulation category subject to the basic accumulation arrangement.
