### sec.41 When graffiti removal officer ceases to hold office A graffiti removal officer ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the graffiti removal officer ceases to hold office; the graffiti removal officer’s resignation under section 42 takes effect. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways a graffiti removal officer may cease to hold office.
